Currency and Payment Methods

All prices in the Brass Monkey store are presented in USD. If you live outside the USA, you can convert prices to your native currency using a free currency converter like Google Currency.

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.

Returns and Exchanges

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Product Fit & Sizing

Sizing can vary from product to product, all hoodies are unisex sizing, so men order up a size! Women's t-shirts fit on the smaller side. Please contact us with any fit questions. 

Shipping Your Order

You can select your shipping method at checkout. please allow 3-5 days for your item to ship. AT this moment, we only offer standard shipping via USPS first class and priority. Please allow 2-7 days for your order to arrive. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
